A community shopping centre with a gross lettable area of 11,000 sqm has been deigned to offer high quality and functionality facilities for retailers, and convenient shopping experiences for visitors. It was designed to utilise the natural light into the shopping centre. It services the area of Mortdale, Peakhurst and Oatley, and it has become an important asset to the region.

Romanous is currently in the planning approval stage for a 5-star hotel overlooking Barangaroo in the Sydney CBD. Its strategic location, access to key areas of Sydney and scale are major assets to this site.
Romanous is preparing an EIS and is seeking community comments or project feedback from members of the public in relation to street activation, façade components and retail assets which may benefit the public at the ground level of the hotel.
Any community groups that have comments or feedback are also encouraged to submit a response so that Romanous may address these at a later Stage 2 Detailed Design and include comments of the public in the design competition brief.
